Strait of Georgia - north of nanaimo.
Wind northwest 5 to 15 knots increasing to northwest 15 to 25 late
this afternoon then diminishing to northwest 10 to 15 late
overnight. Wind diminishing to light Saturday morning then
increasing to southeast 15 to 25 Saturday afternoon. Showers ending
this afternoon. Rain beginning Saturday evening.

Wind light increasing to northwest 5 to 15 knots near noon and to
northwest 15 to 25 early this evening. Wind diminishing to northwest
10 to 15 overnight and to light Saturday morning. Wind becoming
southeast 5 to 15 Saturday afternoon. Showers ending late this
afternoon. Rain beginning Saturday evening.


Howe Sound.
Wind northerly outflow 5 to 15 knots diminishing to light near noon
then increasing to southerly inflow 10 to 20 this evening. Wind
becoming northerly outflow 5 to 15 late overnight then becoming
light near noon Saturday. Showers ending late this afternoon. Rain
beginning Saturday evening.


Haro Strait.
Wind light increasing to southwest 15 to 20 knots this evening except
southwest 30 over southern sections. Wind becoming southwest 10 to
15 late overnight then diminishing to light Saturday morning. Wind
becoming southeast 5 to 15 Saturday afternoon. Showers ending early
this evening. A few showers beginning Saturday evening.


Juan de Fuca Strait - East Entrance.
Wind light increasing to southwest 15 knots this afternoon and to
southwest 30 this evening. Wind diminishing to west 10 to 15
Saturday morning and to light Saturday afternoon. Showers ending
early this evening. Rain beginning Saturday afternoon.


Juan de Fuca Strait - West Entrance
Juan de Fuca Strait - central Strait.
Wind light increasing to northwest 15 knots near noon and to
northwest 20 to 30 this afternoon. Wind diminishing to northwest 15
Saturday morning and to light near noon Saturday. Showers ending
this afternoon. Rain beginning Saturday afternoon.


Johnstone Strait.
Wind northwest 10 to 15 knots increasing to northwest 20 to 30 this
morning then diminishing to northwest 15 this evening. Wind
diminishing to light near midnight then increasing to southeast 15
to 25 near noon Saturday. Showers ending this afternoon. A few
showers beginning Saturday morning and changing to rain Saturday
afternoon.


Queen Charlotte Strait.
Gale Warning in effect.
Wind northwest 10 to 20 knots diminishing to light this evening then
increasing to southeast 15 to 25 Saturday morning. Wind increasing
to southeast 25 to 35 near noon Saturday. Showers changing to rain
at times heavy Saturday afternoon.

Gale Warning in effect.
Wind northwest 15 to 25 knots diminishing to westerly 10 to 15 this
evening then increasing to south 15 to 25 Saturday morning except
southeast 25 to 35 near The Headlands. Wind becoming southwest 15 to

Estevan point. Wind increasing to northwest 30 to 40 near noon then

Wind southwest 20 to 30 knots diminishing to west 15 this morning
then increasing to south 35 early this evening. Wind southwest 25 to
